require all reservations and/or cancellations be made via telephone toll-free @
1-877-277-7717 or our local phone number is 217-529-7770. Please also note
that reservations and/or cancellations will no longer be accepted through the mail.
Sometimes it takes longer for the mail to get processed and we don't want to
assess any undue late fees if you cancelled via a note in the mail.
Please also be advised that we now have to enforce our cancellation policy for all
passengers regardless of situations. We are not heartless, however, we suffer
some loss due to last minute cancellations and we can't keep taking a loss. Please
note the cancellation policy as follows :
- FULL REFUND If you cancel more than 30 Days prior to Departure
- $25.00 FEE PER PERSON If you cancel with-in 30 Days of Departure
- NO REFUND If you cancel with-in 14 Days of Departure
Please note that payments are due 30 Days prior to Departure. If payment is not
received in our office by 14 Days prior to Departure we will give you a courtesy call
to make sure you are still going before removing your name from that trip.
